All the ideas gained from the consumer research are reflected in our floor plans. Palladium aims for its housing products to have the maximum capacity for long term sustained capital growth. It also aims for its housing products to be in strong demand upon re-sale by its owners.
Palladium achieves this with superior floor plan designs and a generous allocation of resources towards those features in a home that affect growth and re-sale, such as the kitchen, ensuite, bathroom, laundry and storage facilities.

Palladium has slashed bureaucratic and statutory lead times to an absolute minimum. As a result we can start on site within five weeks of a decision being made to proceed. Our homes are usually completed within five calendar months from starting. This means that our homes are quite often completed before some of our competitors would have started. Where rent is a consideration, this can mean many thousands of dollars.

Once the decision has been made to proceed you will at Palladium be in contact with only one person during the course of the building. That person is Adrian Desa who is the registered builder and the managing director of the company. This same person is also hands on and will supervise on site the construction of your home.

As a builder Adrian is registered with the Building Practitioners Board in the category of Domestic Builder - Unlimited, DB-U 18564. He is well qualified having completed a Bachelor of Planning and Design at the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Property and Construction also at the University of Melbourne. The registered builder has extensive experience having also worked as a builder and administrator with other building companies.
